PRIVACY & COOKIES

Transparent by design.
Respectful by default.

This notice explains how BERACAH handles personal data and website technologies. It is designed around the UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law and the website's current functionality.

LAST UPDATED: 23 JUNE 2026

1. Overview and controller

BERACAH, based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for determining how personal data described in this notice is handled. References to “BERACAH”, “we”, “our” or “us” refer to BERACAH.

This notice is intended to reflect the principles of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 Regarding the Protection of Personal Data (“UAE PDPL”), including transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, security, controlled retention and respect for data-subject rights.

2. Personal data we may handle

Information you provide

If you contact BERACAH by email, telephone or the website enquiry form, we may receive your name, organisation, work email, project location, selected service and the content of your enquiry.

Campaign attribution

When an enquiry is submitted, the form may include the landing page, referring page and campaign parameters supplied in the website address, such as source, medium and campaign. BERACAH uses these fields to understand which business-development activity generated an enquiry. They are submitted with the enquiry and are not used to follow you across unrelated websites.

Technical and security information

The hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested page, time of access, referring page and security-event information. BERACAH should configure its host to minimise and appropriately retain this information.

Privacy preferences

The website stores your optional analytics and marketing choices in your browser so that it can remember them. The preference record does not contain your name or contact details.

Website typeface

The website serves its Manrope typeface directly from BERACAH’s website files. Loading the typeface does not require a request to an external font provider.

3. Why we handle personal data

Depending on the interaction and applicable law, BERACAH may handle personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering a business relationship;
  • manage client, supplier, partner and professional relationships;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, accounting and dispute-management obligations;
  • send business communications where permitted and honour opt-out requests; and
  • measure website and campaign performance only after optional consent is recorded where consent is required.

Where processing relies on consent, the request should be clear and specific, and you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Other processing may be necessary to respond to your request, fulfil contractual steps, comply with law or pursue a legitimate business purpose where permitted by applicable law.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software-development identifiers. At present, BERACAH does not intentionally deploy analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

Technology Category and purpose Duration

Browser local storage
Essential preference storage. Remembers whether optional analytics or marketing technologies are allowed. It does not itself perform analytics or advertising. Up to 180 days, then the site asks again; you may change the choice sooner.

Optional analytics

Analytics technologies may be introduced to understand aggregated website use, such as page visits, service interest, traffic source and enquiry conversion. They must remain disabled unless the required consent is obtained and this notice is updated with the provider, data, purpose and duration.

Optional marketing

Marketing technologies may connect campaign interactions across websites or platforms. They are disabled and no marketing provider is currently configured. They must not be activated merely because the preference interface exists.

You can reopen the preference panel at any time using “Manage cookie choices” on this page. Browser settings can also delete stored preferences and block website storage.

5. Sharing and international transfers

BERACAH may use carefully selected providers for website hosting, security, business email, professional advice and—if activated later—forms, CRM or analytics. Providers should receive only the information necessary for their service and be subject to suitable confidentiality, security and data-processing terms.

Personal data may also be disclosed when required by UAE law, a competent authority, legal process, or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Some providers may process information outside the UAE. Before such transfers, BERACAH should assess the destination and provider and use an available lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards under the UAE PDPL.

6. Data retention

BERACAH retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, record-keeping, security and dispute management. Retention periods depend on the relationship and type of record. Data that is no longer required should be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Website privacy preferences expire after approximately 180 days.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions and lawful exceptions, the UAE PDPL provides rights that may include obtaining information about processing, requesting access or a copy, correcting inaccurate data, requesting deletion, restricting or stopping certain processing, objecting to direct marketing, requesting transfer of data where applicable, and raising concerns about automated processing.

You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. BERACAH may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request and may retain limited information where required by law or to protect legal rights.

8. Security and children

BERACAH uses proportionate organisational and technical safeguards intended to protect personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, loss or disclosure. The website is static, uses restrictive browser-security policies and has no public database, administrator login or upload function. Enquiries are processed through the hosting provider’s protected form service with spam-control measures.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a personal-data incident occurs, BERACAH will assess and address notification obligations under applicable law.

The website is intended for businesses and professional users, not children. BERACAH does not knowingly seek personal data from children through this website.

9. Updates to this notice

BERACAH may update this notice when the website, service providers, legal requirements or processing activities change. The latest version and revision date will be published on this page. Material changes to consent-based processing should be presented before the affected technology is activated.
